Connor Silva is an up-and-coming retail broker focusing on tenant and landlord representation across Central Texas, primarily in the Austin and San Antonio MSAs.
 
Connor was born and raised in Ipswich, MA, and graduated from Syracuse University with a dual degree from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management and the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. After graduation, Connor moved to Austin, TX, where he began his career at RESOLUT RE. During his time at RESOLUT, Connor secured numerous regional and national tenant-representation accounts, as well as new development projects. His primary focus has been the Austin–San Antonio corridor, working closely with developers in Buda and Lockhart.
 
He represents a range of landlords and ownership groups, including MN Partners, Moontower Group, and Mill Scale Metal Works. His tenant-representation clients include Rockman Bakery, Kelly’s Irish Pub, Trianon Coffee, Nickel City Bar, Goodnight Cowboy, The Fresh Monkee, Moontower Saloon, SafeSplash Swim School, and many others.
 
Connor also runs the Austin Retail Happy Hour and serves as the leader of the Syracuse Austin Alumni Club.
