Ryder Jeanes has spearheaded numerous ground up retail developments, acquisitions, pad and large tract land sales, and represented a myriad of 3rd party projects in his 20+ year career in the Central Texas commercial real estate industry. Backed by a diverse background in the strategic investment landscape and willing to objectively think through complex situations, Ryder brings a unique vantage point to any situation. Ryder began his real estate career at The Weitzman Group in 2002 while attending the University of Texas at Austin and moved up to become Senior Vice President at Weitzman Group and then The Retail Connection prior to joining CLD Realty in 2019. He has completed over 1,000 combined transactions in his career spanning from retail and restaurant leasing, lender dispositions, investment sales, to re-positioning and selling large horizontal mixed-use land tracts. Ryder currently focuses on commercial land development, investment feasibility analysis, general brokerage, and 3rd party project consultation in the Central Texas markets.

With decades of experience, Ryder has strong working relationships with brokers, retailers, developers, engineers, and countless other parties in Texas and beyond. His experience covers all asset classes ranging from advising on the underwriting of $100M+ acquisitions to neighborhood shop leasing, having competed deals across the course of his career with national anchors, junior boxes, home builders, apartment developers, pad users, and hundreds of local mom & pop concepts. Ryder’s comprehensive experience extends across all phases of the land brokerage, development, and leasing processes from marketing and prospecting to full entitlement coordination, project assessments, and guiding ground up developments from land planning through to full stabilization.

Ryder lives in central Austin with his wife and family, enjoying spending as much time outdoors with family and friends as is possible, soaking up the great quality of life Texas has to offer.
